Relevance
Algorithms often reproduce societal biases, disproportionately impacting marginalized groups in areas like criminal justice and hiring. The key challenge is how to develop truly unbiased algorithms in a world where the data used is itself a product of unequal systems. Can algorithmic bias ever be fully eliminated?
