"Inside-In": Biosensor Butoh is an eco/cyber-feminist somatic movement journey. We take an "inside-in" approach to interactive dance, as the code of our inner organs emerges as soundscape and, in turn, pulls us deeper into embodiment. Join us as Mitsuko Noguchi shares journey of developing the previous weekend workshops which translate Jinen Butoh’s nature-based metamorphosis into D::StudioLab’s biophysical sensing system, The Source. Participants in the workshops are collectively guided by the live ECG rhythms of our own bodies: into the waves of Mother Sea, into remembrance of the fetal state, and into presence with each other.
