First Peoples’ Cultural Council

About
The First Peoples’ Cultural Council (FPCC) is a provincial Crown corporation established by the Government of British Columbia in 1990 to administer the First Peoples’ Heritage, Language and Culture Program. Supported by legislation, FPCC’s mandate is to assist B.C. First Nations in revitalizing their languages, arts, cultures, and heritage. The Council is committed to providing high-quality resources and support to communities, recognizing that cultural heritage and the living expression of Indigenous identities are vital to the health of Indigenous peoples and to the well-being of all British Columbians.
