Choose a website you can ideally make actionable changes to.2. Review Website for Accessibility Issues — 5 mins Check for alt text, clear navigation, color contrast, etc. 3. Identify 3+ Areas to Improve — 5 minsList specific areas for improvement (e.g., alt text, navigation, color contrast). 4. This audit serves as an entry point for participants to gain a greater understanding of web accessibility, even if they do not plan to specialize in it. By learning key accessibility principles, participants build foundational skills that are important in today’s digital landscape, ensuring that websites are inclusive for all users. Understanding web accessibility also broadens their perspective on usability, making them more informed about digital equity.
