is a web work-in-progress involving issues of personal spiritual transformation in conjunction with technological change. Images and sounds chosen are a reflection of time periods on earth where ritual and the natural relatedness of spirit and matter were an integral part of daily life. Contrasted with this are images and sounds of life in contemporary society, where the spirit/matter split is paramount, and where technological "progress" and corporate greed serve to further exacerbate this condition.
Images and sounds that reflect the archetypal mind, this piece will attempt to involve the viewer in exploring how the specific choices they select determine the route of their journey. Sound bytes and subtle colour shifting will create transformations that lead to another location in the site. These elements will be contrasted with images and sounds that reflect the chaos of contemporary urban existence and the challenges faced in attempting to integrate spiritual concerns in relation to an increasingly technologically based existence.
