Private Studio Assistance Program
The Private Technical Assistance Program exists to help InterAccess members learn new skills and successfully execute their artistic ideas. Artists in need of one-on-one assistance or tutoring can now be paired with a technician who is proficient in the specific areas they require. The technician may do the actual work or teach the artist to do the work him or herself- it is up to the artist.
How It Works- Artists looking for technical assistance are asked to fill out a Private Technical Assistance Program Request Form in as much detail as possible. InterAccess then pairs the request with a suitable technician.
- A brief consultation (often over the phone or by email) between the technician and artist is free.
- The technician provides a time and cost estimate to the artist in advance of any work being done.
- If the estimate is agreeable to the artist, a few contracts are signed, and the project gets underway.
- Only current Studio Members in good standing may use the Private Technical Assistance Program. A Studio membership is $100 for one year.
