paying for SMT soldering

Howdy:

I am assembling my undergrad thesis project RF device (fine arts = non-engineer,
new media) and need help with surface mount soldering.  Tiny pads. Never done it.
 Understand the basics, researched the equipment, seen online tutorials.  Need to
see someone do it.

I have about 10 SMT ICs to solder (the more important components of my device).

PAYING $20 +

I deliver and pickup anytime this upcoming week.  The passive components I might
handle but using solder paste/flux and desoldering braid (hot air/plates?!) I
have yet to see.  Perhaps it's very easy.  Maybe I should be paying more?
