Be aware that the "ceramic" caps for decoupling applications are multilayer
ceramic caps, not the little round brown ones. Generally they are very small
and rectangular. 

Look at the Mono Kap brand capacitors (page 860 in my digikey catalog) for
this type. As for the values, not sure off the  top of my head. I did find
this paper, which will give you an idea of some of the issues involved.
